(1) Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Global Footbal.co.uk (“Global Football Partnership”). Global football Partnership provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms & Conditions (Ts & Cs). Which maybe updated by Global Football Partnership from time to time without notice to you. You should review the “Ts & Cs” periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

(2) Description of Services

You acknowledge and agree that the service is provided to you AS IS and that Global Football Partnership assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communication or personalisation setting.

In order to use our website you must have access to the internet (World Wide Web); either directly or through a device that can access the internet content; and pay any service and/or fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to access the internet including a modem/computer or any other device. The Global Football website is a place where you can compete against your friends and the whole world in a prediction league.

There are two sections to the website. One will be for Private Leagues (Where you play against your friends and family) this is where you will invite people to play against you in a standard football league. Predicting Home win, Away win or Draw of any real English/Scottish Fixture which is assigned to you through the Global Football website. Goals are awarded by correctly predicting the result of a real English/Scottish Fixture which is assigned to you through the Global Football website and subsequently getting 3 points for a win for scoring more goals than your opponent. The second section of the website will be a Global League where you will predict from another set of fixtures from a real English/Scottish fixture. You will receive 1 point for every correct prediction. Points will be added up on a weekly basis and over the whole season and the overall winner will receive “Predictor of the season” award through the Hall of Fame. There will be an additional award for the highest scorer every month this will be the “predictor of the month” award.

(3) Subscription Charges

Subscription charges will be on an annual basis from the time that your registration has been completed. You will receive notification by email that your subscription has been completed with your user ID and Password. Charges will be set at £5.95 annually. The End user is responsible for any transactions that occur under their account even if its not authorised by them. There will be no refunds given for part subscriptions. Any refunds that will be given will be done at the discretion of Global Football Partnership and the end user.

(4) Usernames, passwords and Security

You will receive a username & password and an account upon completion of your registration. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account. You are also responsible for all activities under your username, password and account. You agree to:-

1. Immediately notify Global Football Partnership of any unauthorised use of your account and any other breach of security
2. You must ensure that you logout of your account at the end of every session. Global Football Partnership will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your failure to comply with this section (4).

(5) Global Football Partnership Privacy policy

Registration information and any other information about you are subject to our privacy policy.

(6) No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, sell, resell, copy or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of our website, use of our website or access to the website.

(7) Restricted access to Global Football Partnership

We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion. You will be provided with a user ID & Password which will enable you to access the whole website upon completion of payment/subscription registration.

If you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of our website or any other contractual obligation you owe to Global Football Partnership. We will be able to disable your user ID and password, at our discretion. Access will be denied if you become abusive through the forums and any other parts of our website. There will be no refunds given if your access is denied by Global Football Partnership.

(8) Bulletin board / chat room / comments

You must not use the Global Football Partnership in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

You must not use the Global Football Partnership website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use the Global Football Partnership Website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent. You must not use the Global Football Partnership website to copy, publish or send mass mailings or spam.
